Yo yo! Noah here can hear the thoughts of the living around him, like he's permanently tuned into a radio channel no one else pays attention to. This is largely how he communicates with people; he'd have a hard time connecting or interacting without context. It's possible! But he'll likely be more withdrawn and confused.
What this means for YOU:
--he'll likely reply to a thought your character had (AKA your brackets), because he gets thoughts and spoken words mixed up sometimes.
--he will never tell another character anything he hears in your character's thoughts, unless we have something planned.
Unless angered or sent into a panic, Noah is totally harmless. But if you still don't want him hearing your character's thoughts, that's cool! That'll fun to play as well. Just comment here, and your head will be locked away like Gansey's nonexistent sex life.
Now for something completely different.
Noah's permissions:
PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Noah loves physical affection in all forms. Hugs, cuddles, kisses, hand-holding (and I will squirm and wail as this gives me Emotions). He is very likely to initiate! But if you get in first then go for it.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: His friend threw him out a window and they're still friends. This boy can handle a lot. He's likely to throw shit around a la poltergeist if someone A) presses him about his death, or B) one of his friends is hurting. But he'd probably never throw a punch. He is a sweet cinnamon roll too good for this world too cowardly
RELATIONSHIPS: He had a girlfriend Once Upon A Time and he will flirt with girls. It could happen! But he needs to get close to the girl first. He will also be collecting platonic life partners all over the place join the cuddle harem
MENTAL INFORMATION: No psychic walls. Tons of trauma. Not Okay. He mostly only has memories of his death and everything following that, sans a seven year length of nonexistence. His life pre-death is a blotted mess, the ink running right off the page of his memory. He'll slowly recall parts of it, but he'll never get it all back.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: He has a nasty bruise under his left eye. It'll heal. As a ghost, it's a permanent smudge, the truth of his corpse showing through his spirit's illusion of life. Other than his soul slowly rotting away whenever it's out of his body, he's in perfect health \o/
